I am an assistant professor in the department of philosophy at the
University of Texas at Austin. I work in the philosophy of science, metaphysics, and the philosophy of physics, with particular interests in causation, chance, laws, and statistical mechanics.
Before coming to UT Austin, I did my PhD at
NYU, a BPhil in philosophy at
Oxford, and a BSc in physics at
ETH Zurich.
